
Banana Smoothie Recipe
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of soy milk + (give or take on the measurement depending on thickness)
- 1 free range egg
- 4 ice cubes
- a drizzle of honey
- a sprinkling of cinnamon
Options
- 3-4 strawberries
- handful of blueberries
- rice milk or cows milk instead of soy
Add all ingredients to your blender/bar mix and blend until SMOOTH! Add more or less milk according to taste. Sprinkle a little more cinnamon to make it pretty.
